password reset not working


Hi there, I've tried to log in on browser a number of times and am stuck in a loop at 'what's your email address' page. 

 

It's not accepting my (correct) password. I have reset my password a number of times which doesn't help the situation. 

 

I need to increase my roaming allowances but can't login to do so.

Try using a different browser/clear cache and cookies.

Have you tried as ​@MZone  suggested? Did this help? 

Have you the iD app you could try instead?
