payment processing

So I had an outstanding balance of £24 

I have paid in halves £12 first then another £12 

mon top of that I had topped up another £12 as it did not process. Upon looking at my statements it’s showing all 3 payments were successful, but I am still unable to make calls or use data

Sounds like there’s a bar on your iD account, @Icky Ahmed
