My old number went live yesterday with id mobile, after doing the pac code, etc. But the number in my id account hasnt changed.

Sometimes it can take up to 48-hours before the iD app and “My iD Account” online service, detect/register the switch has been completed, @viklarge

Is the number you wanted to keep shown on your handset, and when you call / text others using your iD SIM?

Yea when i call ir whatever, it shows my number that i want to keep. I just worry about billing and things like that.


Try checking this evening, and tomorrow evening - after this, if still not correct in your iD account, maybe contact iD customer support.

The number shown on your iD Mobile app won’t change the way your service works, it’s purely visual and will update soon after transferring a number over.
