please help? massive technophobe!!

I have just switched from EE to ID mobile, I still have £16 payg credit on my EE sim card, will that be transferred when my phone number switches? Any help would be massively appreciated!! 😵‍💫

Unfortunately not! You will lose the £16 Paygo.

However, you could delay switching over to ID and continue with your EE SIM until you use up the £16 credit with them. Then you could switch your number over. That's what I did when I was on Tesco Paygo.

As @Monkeyboy suggests, PAYG credit would not transfer from provider to provider.
