I’ve just joined ID mobile but have not been asked for my PAC code and have been given a new ID mobile number - this isn’t what I signed up for!

All iD Mobile plans are given a new, fresh number to start, this is completely normal.

 

You’ll be able to transfer a number after joining using the below linked iD Mobile port form;
