I have been asked to update your web connection app you sent a six figure number to provide access and now want my mobile number surely you have this? I am writing from my home computer. can you confirm this is a general update.

Members like myself and yourself can’t look at iD customer accounts, so perhaps wouldn’t readily know if this was a scam or not,
FYI, early April 2024, iD Mobile replaced their iD app and “My iD Account” online services. Customers are being asked to register again to continue using these services.
For iD customer service, there’s the online iD Live Chat service - the advisers work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends).
