I have registered 3 times for 3 accounts 

for myself an two children.

I have received one SIM card that is for my son, please can you confirm I have another two on the way, as my old 02 account has been deactivated

Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@JenFredAnnMc3   

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.

As you have purchased 3 SIM’s they have to do additional checks. Please also check your emails for order confirmations.
