Recent Upgrade

I recently upgraded my SIM only package and it won't let me keep my existing number. Live chat doesn't work and I'm getting nowhere trying to cancel the new SIM which I received today. If ID mobile monitor this chat can you please help to either keep my old number or cancel the upgrade.

Forum members here can’t look at iD customers accounts, nor customer upgrade orders.

However, you can get account / order support by sending iD a private message using Facebook Messenger, @MikeEric

It sounds like you’ve purchased a new contract and not upgraded the existing one.

 

You’ll need to cancel the new plan and upgrade the existing one.
