I was referred to ID mobile by a friend and received an email on the 28th June containing a link to claim my reward. When I click on the link it takes me to the new 'Refer a friend' page and there is no obvious link to my reward. I have contacted Aklamio but they say that my reward has not come from them and that I need to contact ID.

Could you let me know how I can claim my reward please?
