Hi, I recently rejoined IDmobile after a couple of years with another provider (same number). Initially, I was able to login and see my number and old bills from 2022 but could not access my account and was getting the “oops something has gone wrong” message. I then removed my account thinking I needed to re-register, but now when I try to add my number it says “Sorry, your details do not match our records”. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app several times and tried several browsers and other devices to no avail.
The live chat team were quite frankly useless and did not even seem to understand the problem. Eventually, they said the issue has been escalated and the app is not working.
How can you run a online only service without customer support, when the online part does not even work?
Can someone please help? Otherwise I will just quit IDmobile and re-join my previous provider.
