Why is my phone restricted when my bill is pod and I owe nothing!!!!

Hey there ​@Snow Drop, when services are suspended, and then a bill paid afterwards, it can take up-to 24 hours for services to resume (typically a few hours).

 

We’d always recommend restarting your phone every few hours to see if it has. If it ever takes longer than 24 hours, we’d recommend contacting our live-chat:

@Snow Drop  There may be a number of reason natwork problem best to contact an agent via Live Chat type in the message box To Speak to someone.

Hi Tyler. Thank you for all this. Unfortunately it’s been 2 and a half days now. Chat doesn’t work. 
and I have no way of ringing id.

I have now chosen another network and as soon as I get the sim I will be cancelling id. 
 

it’s completely unreasonable to treat customers this way. 
I have kept my end if the bargain and paid my bill. They are seriously lacking. 
I appreciate your trying to help me tho ☺️
