safe search

Why is safe search on although I have deactivated it.. wi fi is fine.  Ejected sim card re booted phone etc still no use.

No flannel sort it or I will get another supplier

It is clearly an id mobile issue.  Fix it now.

Can you please confirm the following? 

  • Your handset make/model
  • Is the adult filter deactivated on the iD Mobile app?
  • Are you getting the restriction on all browsers?

Phone is Samsung s24.. the one you supplied. 

It works fine on wi fi and restrictions apply on all browsers.

In addition, the signal in my area just lately is appalling... to be honest I am very disappointed and wish I had not transferred to Id.

 

What is your proposal to rectify both matters

Sorry, it was not confirmed if the filter was disabled in your iD Mobile app?       

We would recommend checking for any known issues in your area here.     

Are you experiencing issue mainly indoors?
