second sim - how can I check allowances

Hi all, I have a second sim which my wife is using, how do I check remaining allowances through the app? I can see mine but not the second sim. Tia

You need to register for a online account using the details of the second SIM. Every SIM/Number has to have its own unique iD Mobile online account.

Hey @Jez147 

You will need to register the additional SIM as above for it’s own account in order to manage the plan.
