Having a look at how to block my phone if it's lost or stolen, and it says to go to my services in app and gives an option to block it.. I can't find my service on the app. Anyone know? Just want to be aware of how to do it quickly if it happens. Thanks

I would advise checking your account online to see if you can see the option there?
If you can’t see the option please let us know.
However you can always contact us via our contact methods if you did every want to block the SIM or handset.
