Hello, recently upgraded my sim from a 70gb £10 plan to a 120gb for the same price. Checking in the app and on the website it shows 1.5gb plan and in the usage part it says 240gb/1.5gb just wondering why it doesn’t show 240gb/120gb and also why the plan is 1.5gb. My dad also upgraded and he’s seeing exactly the same thing.

+26There have been a few posts recently from other customers who have experienced the exact same issue as you. It’s probably best you wait for a reply here from an iD Mobile staff member because the others haven’t had much success with live chat.
