silly logon

Unable to log in to app or online. I imagine it was due to the porting of my number as I could before, I have tried with both old and new number

also impossible to ask questions as keeps directing me to generic answers 😡 that don’t fix the issue 

Is there any advice on how to fix this as I can’t access my account with either my old or new number?

Unfortunately the live chat is not live, it’s just a bot. Eventually sorted via facebook messenger, probably best to direct people there to start with as the forum and live chat are not ideal 😬
