Hi, just got a new phone deal with an ID sim but I already have a monthly pay only SIM. I would like to keep my number but cancel the SIM only monthly payment please. How can I do this? Thanks

Get a PAC for the number you want keep, from iD, and use that to port to another provider, @Rachael Louise .

If you cancel the iD SIM only contract you’ll lose the number linked to the SIM, @Rachael Louise.

You have to port the number to keep to another service provider, then port it back to the new iD contract you got for your new phone.
