 Good morning. I bought a card  and i activated it on an a app. There's a message its already activate but it still doesn't work . My phone is a IPhone 8 .

I would advise trying a few things such as the below:

  • Restart your handset
  • Reset your network settings
  • Test the SIM in another handset
