sorry, your details do not match


Hello id, sadly I'm in the same boat as many others it seems…

Have upgraded two days ago to a slightly different rolling sim plan, tried to go into the app to check on allowances, and just keep getting the "sorry your details do not match our records" pop up.

 

Could I please ask an agent to help?

I have looked for the live chat option, but currently seems unavailable?

It looks like you already have an iD Mobile app account set up with a different email address, that has linked to your phone number successfully on the 31st March. Are you trying to re-register with a different email? If so, this will be causing the 'details not matched' error. Thanks.
