'Sorry, your details do not match our records' error when I add a plan to the iD Mobile app, what do I do?


I can’t log in to my id account. Keep getting details don’t match

The exact same thing happens when trying to log on using the website too! 
I have no access to my accounts at all, which is not good!!
App is the most up to date version there is, as is my iOS

I am trying to add the SIM I got for my son to my account, and despite I am sure about the data, I get the same message. What can I do, please?
