storage still at old limit…???

My old plan with my old provider had a 64GB limit..my new ID Mobile is 120GB but my storage under settings still says I have 64GB…why?!

    Hi there ​@gabrielpeach101, it’s likely your phone settings haven’t updated yet since changing provider. If you login to the iD Mobile app/website, your real allowances will show there with us, so you can ignore the old allowances showing in your settings, as it may take time to catch up.
