Hi , 

I am an id mobile customer , with a contract, but when I try to log on to my id app with my email, it says the email is not registered. Even though I get my billing information to the same email

The other possibility @Faaizab is if you have auto fill enabled on your phone. It often sticks a space after the .com or .co.uk (thus example@myemail.com>space<) and this can cause the systems to not recognise your email address as correct.
