Hello. Two weeks ago I ordered a SIM card for myself and when I wrote my personal details , the phone automatically corrected my name to the name of my girlfriend Vlada. Can you change name to Pavlo? And I not received a mail where the switch code was indicated to change the number to the old one? Can I get it again again?  Thanks

Is the rest of the information you entered on your contract yours such as DOB, address surname?

If it’s her name and other information we are unable to change ownership.
