switch old number

Hi I requested to keep my old number when I signed up but this still hasn't switched over and I need to keep this  I have my pac code but when I try to do it online it says this is already in process it's been a week now could this be switched please

I’m sorry to hear this, what leads you to believe it hasn’t switched over?

 

Are you on an iPhone or Android?

 

Ports can take between 8am and 10pm on the date they’re scheduled, what date was your port scheduled?
