I have an account for my daughter phone, but want to transfer it to her. what is the best way to do this

Unfortunately this is not possible. You’ll have to do a Triangle Port (Switch iD Mobile → Vodafone/EE/O2 Pay as you Go SIM → iD Mobile) and your daughter will have to take out a new iD Mobile contract. Thanks.
