TEXT to state my SIM activation is in progress that I know nothing of and haven't requested

wifi/roaming has completely stopped literally minutes after I got a text from ID Mobile stating that my SIM activation is in progress.  I haven’t requested a new SIM.  I believe something fraudulent is being attempted.

HAs anyone else had this?

CAn somebody help me ????????
