I am trying to switch my old number and its asking me for my 9 digit transaction number yet the transaction number on my invoice is only 7 digits?

    Contact customer service, and give your PAC to an adviser - the advisers work until 8pm on weekdays.

    Just tell the 24/7 bot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
