Yesterday i requested to transfwe my old number from GiffGaff to ID mobile. Today i got a messege that my number been transfered. In the ID mobile app still showing my ID mobile given number not my old one. When someone tries to call me on my old number its ringing but on my phone no sign of any calling to answer or missed calls at all. When i am trying to call someone, the call fails.
What can i do?

Are you still facing issues? I’d recommend a NETWORK SETTINGS RESET and see if that improves things.
