I am unable to add device to app. I keep getting invalid message. No idea how to resolve

Thanks Tyler. Matthew sorted the issue. I was trying to log on and add my number. I think the issue arose because my PAC hadn’t been transferred. When I was joining I’D I entered PAC details etc. however nothing happened with the PAC (initially) I assume when clicking of e-sim something went astray. However when I joined there was such a flurry of emails I missed the one asking to submit a PAC form. Once I completed the online form I got my old number back and account was up to date the following day.
