i forgot the email i used for my account, and i wish to see my mobile data allowances. please tell me how i can log in.

    I’m sorry to hear this, if you’ve already registered to the iD Mobile app you’ll need to log in with the details you used when registering.

     

    Unfortunately we wouldn’t be able to confirm what these are back to you, sorry.

    i’ve now fixed the issue and managed to log in
