unable to login to id mobile app ios

Upgraded to the iPhone 16 and am trying to login to the Id mobile app but I am unable to even press the email option. The keyboard doesn’t open and when I switch to the online website it works… I would just like the app. It was never an issue on my Samsung or iPad.

I have no clue if iD put a limit on how many devices can have the app with the same credentials.

Have you cleared the cache, data and uninstalled it on the Samsung?

Maybe even repeating the above on the iPhone and tried downloading it again?

Have you tried deleting the app, and re-downloading it?

 

Are you able to login via different devices such as a laptop, or another phone?

I have exactly the same problem. Was fine on my Pixel. App on the iPhone16 won’t let you type in the email box. Even if you request to open in browser, it just does the same thing. I can log in on Safari but would also prefer to just use an app.

I’m not ‘up’ on iPhones, but this sounds like an autofill issue of some sort - IDK

 

Hopefully someone that uses an iPhone might offer advice. Sorry.

Yes, I have. I just can’t type my details in at all. Will have to use the browser version for now…
