Yes, thats about it regarding my issue, I have been with ID since 2016 without any problems, however, since March this year, I have been unable to log onto my app on my iPhone or log on using the desktop version on my MacBook, I keep getting told my details are not found. This seriously needs to be fixed because my contract runs out soon and I wish to upgrade my phone to a newer model. If this cannot be fixed soon then ill visit my local store and get them to cancel my current plan completely and pay the difference upfront, as I cannot be doing with the aggro of not being able to simply log onto an app!
