My ID mobile has made around 12 unauthorised calls to Australian numbers. when I contacted the ID live chat, they passed me onto an external company who wished me to enter my email and then pay £1 followed by £24 per month for them to help me with these unauthorised calls. When I disconnected and reconnected to the live chat the operator was not interested and just put me back to the external service. service was absolutely crap, disgusting service. Not helpful in the slightest.
