UPDATED APP AND CANNOT NOW LOG IN

You’re yet another iPhone user (3 so far that I’ve read about) who’s discovered that after updating the app it’s now kaput.
I have no logical answer as to why iD have done this - that you have to have iOS 15 or higher. Yes I know it’s for security updates/improvements etc, but in doing this they could be potentially caused a headache for a fair few of my fellow peers.
So what can you do?
Well I can only suggest you use the online method instead, and although this might not be the ideal solution at least you can get to where you want to be:

This above link would also work on a laptop/PC/tablet etc without the need for the app.

Just to clarify my reply above.
The Android App version requires Android 9.0 and up
The Apple App version requires iOS 15 and up
(being as it was stated that the app was updated and now it doesn’t work, then the probability is the user owns and older style Apple phone that can’t be updated to iOS 15 - happy to be corrected)
