Why is it so difficult to do an upgrade,I have had several chats with agents, I have spoken to someone on the phone,and almost 2 weeks later still not got the handset I have paid for.My account has no upgrade tab,the have now offered to call me tomorrow? why have they changed everything and made it so hard to do anything without constantly moaning to them.
