Hi

im unable to receive verification calls, ie automated call checks from banks. I’ve checked my settings (iPhone 16 pro) and can’t see any issue. Can you help?

    Hi there ​@Spongebob24, sorry to hear that. Is the issue only with verification calls, or do you have issues with one-time passwords via text also?

     

    Do normal calls and texts work okay?

    Hi

    Normal calls and texts are fine as are verification texts. For some reason just verification calls 🤷🏻‍♂️
