Hi, I have 2 plans set up in my name, both paid for me by direct debit, one for me and one for my dad. Under my plans in the app I can see both, but the one for my dad is greyed out so I can't view the bills or usage.
How do I get the details of this second plan ungreyed out?

I didn't think of looking at the web page, but I have been able to view them both on there, thank you
+22Yes it can, sorry, IS a pain at times
Just a suggestion - Deleting the apps cache and data on your phone, then uninstalling and reinstalling can sometimes fix the app.

Yeah it’s not successful every time, but worth a go and at least you know you tried
But at least you can view them the other way! 🙂
Anyway other issues down the road pop back and we’ll go from there
