I want to turn my voicemail off, I've read other threads on this topic but still can't do it, no option in voicemail setting and no option the iD app.
Any other suggestions?

Hey there
To turn off voicemail, simply log in to your iD Mobile app or My Account, select 'Services', then toggle 'Voicemail' off.

I cannot select services in either the app or the website as there is no such feature!
