How do I turn voicemail on and off using an iPhone? Seems I can no longer do it on the app.

Maybe if you change the voicemail service centre number on your iPhone, your voicemail will stop it working,
The iD Mobile voicemail service is a cloud based network service, which can also be enabled/disabled using your online “My iD Account”, in a web browser.
