How do I turn voicemail on and off using an iPhone? Seems I can no longer do it on the app.

Hi @Mikeymike 

 

You should be able to change the voicemail on/off via the website as @andewhite above suggests, also in the same place in the app too.

 

Alternately, we can get in touch and enable/disable the feature if you wish, or for a quicker service, we’d recommend contacting on the live chat, Facebook or Twitter.

    Maybe if you change the voicemail service centre number on your iPhone, your voicemail will stop it working, @Mikeymike.

    The iD Mobile voicemail service is a cloud based network service, which can also be enabled/disabled using your online “My iD Account”, in a web browser.
