When I got an ID Mobile, I changed the number to my old number using a PAK code.  now the App won’t recognise my old number or my new number so I am unable to use the app.  you help line only says use the app if you have a question, and your web page says you have to login with your ID mobile number to use the website.  so I have no way of contacting ID mobile.  at this point i am ready to go into my nearest Currys and insert the damn phone where the sun does not shine in the nearest ID Employee.  your system is awful, your coverage is rubbish and your customer service is nil.  do something.  anything, you don’t even answer messages on facebook anymore.

 

I’ll never use ID again, sick to death of the terrible service.
