Hello i’ve switched to ID Mobile switching gone through today and everything is working like it should be but in my ID app and website it’s still showing my temporary ID number instead of my new number i switched, I’ve contacted live chat they advised to re register app but it doesn’t help because with same details I get to my account where I still see my ID temporary number

It can take up to 24 hours for everything to sync to the iD Mobile app and My Account online. I hope this is now resolved.
