I tried making a different thread - 3 attempts - that definitely didn’t work! So this thread was a frustrated test!

I have but I promise you I struggled the first three times and thought IDMobile might be interested in that! But never mind - the post I wanted to write has now received a reply or two, although i would much rather be able to speak to someone from IDMobile by phone!

We’re able to help via our live-chat, Facebook, Twitter/X and Community pages the same way we would over the phone.

 

However, we appreciate your feedback and understand some customers may prefer to talk over the phone, so we certainly take that on-board.
