why doesnt my bundle auto renew?

I want to get the £10 / month bundle (6GB) data to auto renew each month.

It doesn't so every month on 22nd I have to make a £10 payment.

 

Interestingly when I make the payment the expiry date then shows as 15th of the month.

 

It seems like something isn't quite right, how can I get this resolved ?
