Why is it so difficult to get a proof of piurchase with IMEI?


I have now been in touch with your live agents 3 times since 18th April regarding proof of purchase with IMEI numbers to be sent out!

Still no further forward! This is absolutely ridiculous. We have 2 devices (of which I have provided our IMEI numbers) and now still seem to be no further forward! 
 

My insurance company has asked for this before the policy be taken out so need it sorted ASAP as we have holiday booked! Really not happy with the service at all! Mt anxiety is already bad as it is and this is not helping the situation.

Did you purchase both phones from iD Mobile? If so, you would have been emailed an invoice for both devices.

I did yes. I have the purchase emails but they don’t have the IMEI numbers on.

Perhaps the best you can hope for is proof of usage for the 2 devices, by their IMEI number, ​@Joanne_91.

If iD Mobile don’t already generate invoices including an IMEI number, doubt they’ll be changing their systems any time soon to do so.
