Worst app migration ever

I have created (another) account, because apparently it's separate to my actual iD account ! All this to express that the app migration was awful. I was asked to confirm so many details twice even after MFA... Which also happened twice. After all this, the new app is way worse than the old one, missing features and outright broken. There was not even a single email to tell me about a new app and that I needed to take action.

 

I mean look at this screenshot below showing off the quality of the stats !!!! I have made about 5 mins calls this month.

The team are aware of glitches with the iD Mobile app not showing allowances properly, apologies for any inconvenience this causes.
