We have two subscriptions. One has successfully registered, one gives title message. Therefore we cannot check when we apporach the data limit.

Can we have assistance to register the rejected account please.

Right this has already degenerated into AI madness. The above suggestion of using the FAQ link is literally patronising, I am in fact able to enter a DOB, name and phone number. So I fololwed the Live Chat suggestion, to which AI replied

This is literally pointless, AI is absolutely useless.

Hey there ​@gibberish, the live-chat isn’t just a bot. The bot is simply to guide you in the right direction first without passing you to a human, and if the bot’s advise doesn’t help, you will just need to ask to speak to an agent. For example, please try the below:

 

1) Type "Hi"

2) Type your issue in brief

3) Type "Speak to an agent"

4) Click on "Customer Service" from the options provided

5) Type your full name

6) Type your mobile number
