Hi I bought Id pay monthly contractiphone 16 plus  from carphonewarehous devise is faulty they are refunding money asking me to reorder I phone 15plus . How can I keep my umber as I already used pac code to switch with if mobile . Very stressful purchase 

pleae get back to ma asap

In this case we’d recommend speaking directly to Carphone Warehouse if that’s who your order is with.

 

It seems strange that if you have a faulty iPhone 16 Plus they’d ask you to instead by an iPhone 15 Plus, please talk to Carphone Warehouse directly via the Currys social media channels or over their phone line on 0370 111 6565 / 0344 561 1234.

Hi there ​@Zubair asghar 

If the iP16+ phone was faulty Carphone warehouse should have exchanged this under the terms of their warranty. I have no idea why they would refund the money and then ask you to purchase an iP15+.

The number side of the contract should have remained open - so your account and number should be unaffected.
