New customer here. I have tried to obtain my username to allow me to log on to the ;my account’ part of the website. My email address isn’t recognised, and when I try to use the forgotten username and password (inputting my mobile number, year of birth and family name) I get a text message giving me a code. I then input this code and get the following:
Your username is displayed below. Kindly click on my ID link above to login to your account.
Sorry, we have been unable to get any user name for the details entered
