can't register - advised incorrect date of birth

Hi the app will not let me register keeps saying incorrect date of birth or e mail,these are correct??

Hello @Lynz111,

The details to enter are that of the account holder.

This is the person who purchased the contract not the one who will be using it.


Can you double check you’re entering the correct details of the account holder.

If the issue persists, it’s possible you may have entered this wrong when registering and we’ll have to manually update this.
