Cannot login to pay monthly account

Hi I have lost my SIM card and do not know my mobile number as I have not used the sim and cannot remember my password and need to login my account

We’ll need to issue you with a new SIM card in order for you to gain access to your account if you have not registered before or if need to reset the password.

Ok can I still talk to the live chat team if I don’t know my mobile number ?

Yes @Kategiles333 

Just enter any mobile number in at the start of the chat and then when you get through to an advisor they can check this for you on their end.
